But this is why we developed Phelly. Phelly is the circuit breaker that helps kids open up. As a neutral 3rd party, he can help you in the classroom, helping kids to understand the importance of taking stock of a situation before responding.
He provides you (and your students) with tools and exercises to help them put things in perspective and ultimately, reframe their experiences in a way that helps them (hopefully) achieve better outcomes.

When children learn to recognise how they feel and can pinpoint their emotions (through words, imagery or charts), they can better articulate what they are feeling and consequently how they manage incoming & outgoing stress.
Engaging children to look at their perceptions and beliefs, which in turn affect their behaviour and actions, ultimately helps them have more control and feel calmer quicker.
Phelly was developed in line with the NSW PDHPE Syllabus to make it easier for teachers and carers to implement and ensure students understand wellbeing and the need to build the skills required make healthy choices and create healthy relationships in their lives.
